What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Your order may be delayed due to carriers.

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.
Standard | Free on orders $19+
Order by 2/8 11:59pm ET for delivery by 2/14.

Next Day | $15.95.
Order by 2/9 11:59pm ET for delivery by 2/14.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

 

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Will Enzomar ship products to locations outside of the U.S.?
Enzomar US Online ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).Unfortunately, we do not deliver to American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. You can use your order number to find updated tracking information by visiting the "Track My Orders " page. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped, please allow for additional processing time currently due to extra safety messages around COVID-19.
