ENZOMAR Return & Refund Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
Unless a product page states otherwise, eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, tags, accessories, and documentation supplied with the order. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund when an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale.
Non-returnable items
Personalized, engraved, custom-made, resized, altered, or otherwise made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also non-returnable. Additional product-specific exclusions, if any, will be shown before purchase.
Return authorization
Please contact sales@egemfor.com before sending any high-value jewelry back. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization. Packages sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused.
Condition inspection and refunds
Returns are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add several business days after we issue the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective item, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and clear photos when possible. If we confirm that an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
High-value returns
For security, we may require tracked and insured return shipping, signature confirmation, identity or order verification, and other reasonable loss-prevention measures for high-value merchandise.
