ENZOMAR Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of enzomar.com and related services operated by EGEMFOR LLC d/b/a ENZOMAR. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the site.
Eligibility and accounts
You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, metal purity, stone information, dimensions, weights, colors, and availability accurately. Because jewelry may involve manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, screen differences, and supplier-provided specifications, measurements, weights, color appearance, and similar details may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or fulfillment limitations. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount.
Third-party services and fulfillment
We use Shopify and may use payment, fraud-prevention, logistics, fulfillment, analytics, and other third-party providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Authorized suppliers or fulfillment partners may ship merchandise on our behalf.
Intellectual property
The ENZOMAR name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content owned by or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative commercial uses of our protected content without permission.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or access the service in a manner that violates law or applicable rights, impersonate others, use fraudulent payment methods, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGEMFOR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where such limitation is prohibited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding not subject to mandatory law will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
