ENZOMAR Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from ENZOMAR and supplement our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be shown when required. Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.
Product specifications
Fine jewelry specifications are stated as accurately as reasonably possible. Gold karat, stone type, stone weight, dimensions, total item weight, and similar characteristics may be subject to customary manufacturing or measurement tolerances unless a product listing states a guaranteed specification. Natural stones can vary in color and appearance.
Availability and order acceptance
Merchandise may be stocked, made to order, sourced, or fulfilled through authorized partners. Inventory can change quickly. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or shipment, as applicable. We may cancel an order when an item is unavailable or when there is a pricing, specification, payment, fraud, or legal issue.
Shipping, title, and risk
Delivery methods and estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined by applicable law and the shipping terms presented for the order; nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Returns and remedies
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and remedies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Personalized, engraved, altered, resized, custom, or final-sale items may have special restrictions disclosed before purchase.
Fraud and security
For high-value orders, we may request identity, billing, address, signature, or payment verification before fulfillment. We may cancel or hold orders when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or loss.
